Turner Prize winning artist Jeremy Deller challenges where, when and how art takes place. Over the past two decades, his extraordinary artworks and projects have sparked unexpected conversations, and collaborations, inspired by English history of the recent past. Deller will give this Sunday afternoon lecture at the historic John Wesley’s Chapel as part of the new Bristol Art Weekender celebrations.
The series is produced in association with the Bristol Festival of Ideas and including artists Jeremy Deller, Futurefarmers, Katie Paterson, Theaster Gates and Anne Pasternak, President and Artistic Director, Creative Time.
