Spectacles Without an Object: Louise Hervé and Chloé Maillet

Hervé and Maillet are French artists working with film and performance. Their work often centres on site and the places where it is show. For Test Run they have been commissioned to begin a new work investigating the history of Oxford and modes of theatre in 17th Century England. Following a research visit to the gallery in March for the exhibition they will present a series of talks and performances based on 17 Century English Theatre which will go on to form the basis of new film work.
